 1 cup frozen mango
 2 cups almond milk
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 2 tbsp coconut water powder (you can find this on Amazon)

In a blender add 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks, and 1 cup of frozen mango chunks.

Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of coconut water powder (found on Amazon), and 2 tablespoons of old fashioned oats.

Pour in 1 cup of almond milk.
