Party like it's 1776 with this festive and fruity cocktail!

This layered cocktail captures the essence of summer with its vibrant colors and flavors.  6 slices of strawberry
 ½ oz semi-rich simple syrup
 ½ oz lemon juice
 3 oz coconut water
 2 oz blue gin
 crushed ice

Muddle & Mix . . .

Place 6 strawberry slices, 1/2-ounce of semi-rich simple syrup, and 1/2-ounce of lemon juice in a tall glass and gently muddle together.

Fill the glass wit crushed ice and add 3-ounces of coconut water.

Slowly pour 2-ounces of blue gin over the top to make a layered effect, and garnish with a strawberry.
